The DM quoting trap — and the way out
Six problems every solo detailer knows. Six fixes that take minutes, not hours.
Quoting in DMs takes 15–20 minutes of back-and-forth.
Pre-filled packages + photos + auto-calc. Quote out in about 2 minutes.
A price in a screenshot gets buried in the chat.
A shareable approval link with an expiry date and a deposit button.
No-shows kill the day.
Deposit + expiry turns a maybe into a booked job.
Chasing payment for days after the job.
One-tap invoice, Stripe link, due on completion. Paid the same day.
Forgetting to follow up on a quote you sent Tuesday.
One-tap follow-up text with the link re-attached — plus full customer history.
Looking amateur next to the shops with real systems.
A clean quote and invoice link with photos. No customer download, no login.
Everything in Core. Nothing locked behind a gate.
Core is complete forever — photos, deposits, invoices, history, approval links. Growth adds automation and branding later. We never move you to Growth automatically.
